I am not sure the burger lived up to my expectations considering all the hype. The size is smaller than what I expected. Soft buns and the pretty flavoursome, a bit on the salty side. Parking was a little tricky, even past the peak dinner time. They have some cool merchandise for sale. Overall, a pretty cool experience.

I finally made my way here after all the years of hype. My double burger was good but it lacked in the seasoning department. The bun was soft and matched up with the burger very nicely. The shake sauce was ok. The fries were great and kinda eclipsed the burger. The wait for the grub was kinda long but expected I guess. All in all there are many burger places to experience and this one kinda lands in the middle to above average area.

Fisrt time going and had one of the best burgers in a long time. Definitely a must stop. Also had great service from the very polite host named Genesis. Thanks!!

Was in the neighborhood in West Hollywood and stopped in for a quick bite. Similar to other Shake Shacks around the country and similar look and feel. There is parking right next to the building in a small lot and during peak times can be busy. There is also a nice outside/patio seating with good amount of seating. The outside seating area has overhead heaters to keep warm during chilly evenings. Over all great consistent burger joint and the service was prompt and quick.

It’s the worst taste of burger I have ever try! I feel sick after that...

Best Shake Shack in the country, you seriously cannot change my mind. I’ve had Shake Shack in 3 states, 5 cities, and honestly the WeHo one is by far and away the best one. Herb mayo or their chicken sandwiches are the absolute sleeper items on the menu. Their shakes can be hit or miss (mostly hit) but you can never go wrong with the classics like a vanilla or a chocolate shake. Side note, great people watching too as a bonus!

Really not what I expected, the food was okay not very flavorful. I came here for dinner , they have a good selection for wine. I ask a question of the menu to a guy that works there I don't think he was a server and gave me attitude. Our server was very knowledgeable and friendly.

This is my second time at this location. Everything goes downhill. The one taking my order was playing around with her coworkers and i had to repeat my order several times. The food was ready but they did not ring the beeper. After a very long time (the place was not crowded), i had to go check on my own food and saw it lying there in the open, cold . I paid $4 for a drink that not supposed to be water but turned out tasting like tap water. See you again, not too soon.

Great place to eat at, lots of option and food is always fresh! If you are visiting or live in LA, shake shack is one that is a must for your list. Not to mention they have some of the best shakes in town! There is free parking on site, outdoor and indoor setting and public restrooms(given that a lot of places in Hollywood only have employee restrooms) YES the restrooms are clean. Overall superb location and staff! - @JCZRealEstate

The food was really good and tasty. The prices were a bit high but it was well worth it. Wish they did meals that include fries and drink instead of purchasing everything separately.. maybe I missed it but if they dont already that should certainly be something they implement here soon. The crinkly fries & burger were seasoned just right. And had just the right amount of bacon on it! I even brought some before I boarded my plane to come back to KC. If I'm ever out in Cali again I'll be back.

I can't believe the tiny burger with high prices. McDonald's taste batter and costs way less. In and out is was better
